SARASOTA, FL — CenterPlace Health, a leading provider of accessible, high-quality health care serving the greater Sarasota County community, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kathleen Marshall as Chief Executive Officer, effective May 4, 2026. A seasoned healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience in Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), Marshall brings a proven track record of expanding access to care and driving operational excellence in community health.
Marshall joins CenterPlace Health following a distinguished career where she has led organizational transformations, program expansions and fiscal and financial stewardship. Most recently, she served as an Interim CEO and previously as Chief Operating Officer at Western Sierra Medical Clinics.

Throughout her career, Marshall has been instrumental in expanding healthcare footprints, having led mergers and acquisitions that integrated over 20 new service sites. She holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and is a Certified Professional in Quality Improvement (CPHQ).

Marshall will succeed the interim leadership of Bob Rodriguez, who will remain with the organization during the transition period to ensure a seamless handover of responsibilities.
