CenterPlace Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center providing high-quality, low-cost health care to thousands of people at four locations in Sarasota County.
We provide treatment when you are sick or injured and can help you manage ongoing medical conditions. We also offer preventive care to keep you healthy.
We are committed to addressing the whole patient, and offer primary care, dental care, and integrated behavioral health services.
Additionally, our community partnerships allow us to provide our patients with access to the most comprehensive care and social support possible.
