As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we believe that high-quality, compassionate healthcare is a fundamental right. We are proud to provide accessible medical, dental, and integrated behavioral health services to our community – regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.

At CenterPlace Health, we accept Medicare, some Medicare Advantage Plans, Medicaid, and most Medicaid Replacement Plans, most Private Insurances and Self- Pay. For patients who do not have insurance, we use an income-based formula to offer reduced rates for those who qualify.

Payment plan arrangements are available upon request for those who do not qualify and are uninsured.

Our dedicated providers and staff focus on treating the whole person, ensuring that every patient feels safe, respected, and valued from the moment they walk through our doors.
