Roger Blanken is a seasoned finance leader with 28 years of experience in strategic financial management and operational excellence. He has a proven track record of driving efficiency and sustainable growth, having delivered over $450 million in cost savings by leading the integration of acquired businesses and optimizing resources in multi-national environments. His expertise includes financial modeling, strategic planning, and cost management, all of which are essential for ensuring a non-profit organization’s financial health and stability.
In addition to his professional achievements, Roger is dedicated to community service. He has served as a board member for UPLIFT Florida Network, a nonprofit dedicated to improving the wellbeing of individuals and communities via a network of villages and organizations supporting them. He also volunteers his time on the board of Sarasota Institute of Lifetime Learning (SILL) and with the Landings Racquet Club. His commitment to making a positive impact, combined with his extensive financial background, makes him a strong candidate for a community health center board.
Roger holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
