Alicia Ottmann, MMS, PA-C

With a decade of healthcare experience as a practicing physician assistant and leader of clinical operations and integrated care models, Alicia is fueled by her passion for community health and a desire to improve healthcare accessibility. Ottmann transitioned from clinical care into leadership where she’s held roles supporting the clinician workforce, building clinical programs, strengthening operations, and governing health centers.

As the former Executive Director of a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Palm Beach County and a senior leader of practice transformation in the value-based care space, Ottmann has extensive experience connecting team and community efforts around innovation, digital solutions, and organizational growth to enhance and improve the consumer and employee experience and improve health outcomes.

Ottmann holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The College of William and Mary and a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University. A West Coast native, Alicia enjoys soaking up the Florida beach lifestyle with friends, family or her dog.
