A proven transformational leader, she is recognized for driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and sustainable financial performance across complex healthcare organizations.

Known for her proven leadership, strategic vision, and deep commitment to community health reflect her dedication to improving lives and strengthening the well-being of the communities she serves.
Throughout her career, Kathleen has successfully led the expansion and integration of more than 22 clinic sites, strengthened access to care, and secured millions of dollars in federal funding to support underserved communities. She has a strong track record in driving growth and expansion, provider recruitment, and developing comprehensive service lines—consistently delivering measurable improvements in both financial outcomes and quality of care.

Kathleen is known for her collaborative leadership style and ability to align boards, executive teams, and community partners around a shared vision. Her focus on innovation, compliance, and patient-centered care has resulted in enhanced operational performance and improved clinical outcomes across the organizations she has served.

She holds a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University, a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University, and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality.
