We're Five!

On October 18th, CenterPlace Health celebrates its 5th Birthday as the safety net health care provider, delivering primary care services to over 24,000 patients each year. Since our inception in 2018, we have grown to seven clinics providing medical, dental, and behavioral health services for the under-served of our community.

Please join us as to celebrate our success as we work with our community partners in a shared vision for health equity for all.

This birthday luncheon will support the health and well-being of pregnant women, infants and young children of our community.
